Meet Patrick.

For more than 15 years, Patrick has led high-impact strategic planning, innovation, and change initiatives across for-profit and non-profit sectors. A former attorney and graduate of Harvard Business School, Patrick specializes in designing and facilitating large-scale strategy processes, designing and deploying enterprise innovation processes, and aligning cross-functional teams around measurable outcomes.

Patrick led the development and execution of several multi-year strategic plans, engaging a number and scope of  departments, regularly engaging C-Suite leadership and the Boards of Directors. He has pioneered enterprise-wide innovation programs, including establishing corporate venture funds, national and international innovation competitions, and entrepreneurs-in-residence program that engaged Fortune 500 collaborators.

Patrick’s expertise lies in surfacing new growth strategies, facilitating co-creation with diverse stakeholders, and building durable systems for execution. His prior work includes strategic advisory roles in venture development, technology partnerships, and market-entry strategy for U.S. and international firms. 

Patrick is a trained facilitator, certified in Agile executive leadership and Social Return on Investment methodology. His strategic engagements span industries and geographies—from healthcare and universities to technology, and consumer goods.

Patrick’s clients and collaborators have included Fortune 100 companies, national nonprofits, government agencies, and academic institutions. He lives in Boulder, Colorado.
