Doug Griswold brings more than three decades of experience in business development, client partnerships, and sales leadership to his role as vice president of business development at Convene Lab. He works alongside a team of facilitators, strategists, and problem-solvers dedicated to helping humans solve complex organizational challenges and accelerate success. Convene Lab helps build the systems and scaffolding to solve challenges for good, leaving client partners better than when they found them.

Throughout his career, Doug has built trusted partnerships with a wide range of organizations from Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits and federal agencies, including Caterpillar, Chick-fil-A, Blue Cross Blue Shield, the CDC, NIH, and the U.S. Department of Energy. No matter the setting, he focuses on listening closely, building trust, and co-creating practical solutions that lead to lasting, measurable impact.

A proud Georgia Tech graduate and a longtime resident of Atlanta, Doug spends his time outside of work with his family, hiking, and playing golf.
