Meet Chris.

Christina (Chris) Kisley is a seasoned coach, consultant, and mission partner with Convene Lab, bringing more than 30 years of experience in learning and development and organizational effectiveness to her clients. Chris has worked with leaders and teams across industries – from Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits and social enterprises – to create clarity, capacity, and connection. 

She is the founder of Kisley & Wild, a global consultancy launched in 2020 with a mission to catalyze “Growth. On Purpose.” Her work spans executive coaching, leadership and team development, and organizational design. Prior to K&W, she spent 18 years leading Life-Long Leadership, a boutique leadership development firm serving clients such as AstraZeneca, Chick-fil-A, The Home Depot, and The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.  

Earlier in her career, Christina held leadership roles in human resources and organizational development at The Home Depot, Comcast, and Montell USA. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a major in human resources from the University of Toledo, completed a graduate certificate in human resource development from Florida International University, and extensive graduate coursework in counseling psychology at Georgia State University. 

Chris is an advocate for purpose-driven business, serving as the past co-chair for Conscious Capitalism Atlanta. She is also an active member of Atlanta’s chapter of the Association for Talent Development. Outside of work, Chris is active in the rescue community, both volunteering and fostering for the Great Pyrenees Rescue of Atlanta. She has two grown children, Brody and Audrianna, and lives in a house full of rescued animals that she refers to as “The Wild Kingdom."
