Meet Cheryle.

Cheryle Maurer is a mission partner with Convene Lab and a longtime strategist with more than 25 years of demonstrated experience in organizational development, strategic thinking, team dynamics, and change leadership.

Cheryle founded Performance Consulting, LLC in 2000 , and has worked with clients across sectors, including Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and nonprofits, to design practical strategies that drive measurable results. Some of her clients include: HCA Healthcare, Cisco Systems, The Coca-Cola Company, Home Depot, United Way of America, and Halliburton.

 Cheryle’s recent work includes leading stakeholder analysis, change management, and instructional design initiatives at Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), where she also developed C-suite level leadership programming to support sustained performance and strategic organizational alignment.  

 She has specialized expertise in the field of facilitation as a Certified Master Facilitator™ (CMF). The title Certified Master Facilitator™ is a mark of excellence in facilitation. This advanced knowledge and skill allows her to lead teams through challenging situations, conflict, and uncertainty while driving for high-quality results.  

Cheryle is a proud mom of adult twins and continues to seek adventure through travel in her spare time.
